It’s actually snow. This was a Tuesday evening and we got a little more than an inch of snow that evening and by the next day, it all melted away. We had a meeting at church that Tuesday evening (the first Tuesday in January 2020), and I happened to look up at the trees and was impressed by their beauty, so I took out my phone and snapped this photo.
