Charlie Brown deserves to be admired for his optimism and his constant forgiveness and willingness to think the best of everyone. Even Lucy has her moments, although she still needs to put some snarky comments in to keep her reputation, i.e. “Charlie Brown is a blockhead, but he did get a nice tree.” I hope never to become like Lucy but to hone the better aspects of Charlie Brown’s personality in my own life. 😉
