I was wondering the same thing, Chris. I did some online searching and found that it is known as a Black Vulture, one of two types of vultures in PA. The other is what is known as the Turkey Buzzard or Turkey Vulture, which has a bright red head. We usually see the Turkey Buzzards in our area, but I took this photo in Long Level, PA.
